I have had a long career in the professional world. I’ve worked for such companies as Church & Dwight (more commonly known by their Arm & Hammer brand), CIBA Consumer Pharmaceuticals (now Novartis), Blackwell's Publishing, Princeton Learning Systems, the Associated Press and Princeton University Press. I've also been an outsource resource at Bristol-Myers Squibb, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, BASF North America, and Novo Nordisk. I am currently a technical writing consultant at MetLife.

My main professional interests include social media, content management/strategy, technical editing and writing, and m-learning and e-learning.
I graduated from NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology)in May 2012, having earned a Masters of Science degree majoring in Professional and Technical Communications (MS-PTC).
I also completed the Technical Communications Essentials graduate certificate program from NJIT in December 2010. More recently, I completed a mini-MBA certificate program in Digital Marketing at Rutgers University in April 2015.
In recent years, I have learned to be an advocate for children with special needs, specifically focusing on children with Asperger's Syndrome/High-Functioning Autism, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), ADHD, and Sensory Integration Dysfunction (SID). I earned my 1st degree black belt in Songham Taekwondo, and was a state champion in weapons in 2007. I have also been an award-winning Cub Scout Leader (Den Leader Award 2009).
